What will you do to address them if elected ??

I support a smart-growth approach to development and emphasize maintaining, updating and expanding core services, which will put Titusville in the running for restaurants like Chick-fil-A. We need to bring high-paying jobs to the community by working with the space industry, manufacturers and the high-tech sector. Our city must be proactive in targeting companies, marketing to them and providing a business-friendly environment that will make them want to invest in Titusville. I will prioritize working with the city and developers to encourage development that reduces toxic runoff from flowing into our wetlands and the Indian River Lagoon.

What are the top 2 to 3 issues in your race?

What will you do to address them if elected ??

I support doing an independent audit/review of the water department billing issues to get the needed answers and restore confidence in the process. Creating a partnership with the space industry to sponsor STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) programs will draw in families to our city and be an incentive to those that work across the river to settle in Titusville. Teaching STEM to the youth in our city will give them a leg up for the future, as the most-sought-after careers will be in those fields.

Since elected to Council, I have focused on and hope to continue efforts related to: (1) Protecting the health and safety of our citizens, supporting safety measures with the current pandemic, as well as supporting our officers with proactive measures that allow them to keep our community safe. (2) Promoting the economic prosperity of our citizens, streamlining government processes and eliminating red tape. (3) Preserving our natural resources and environment while promoting smart growth, improving our Indian River Lagoon through actively applying for and receiving grant dollars (and) low-impact development through incentives that encourage responsible development.
