Third culture kitchen
The idea for Third Culture Kitchen came about with Jessica & Shawn Landry (owners of Bagel13) and David Greenwell wanting to bring a new restaurant concept that would intice Titusville residents and all of Brevard, bringing a mix a international ingredients and American dishes together.
It’s “global fusion, through and through”, David says, combining southeast Asian and Chinese culture Latin American and Mexican food, Third Culture Kitchen combines a lot of unique ingredients to create dishes that will satisfy any palette. From “banana ketchup” to “black fungus”, you will not be disappointed by these eclectic ingredients
Offering a unique and flavorful menu, David says the highlight of the menu is the short rib. Big, 4-bone short ribs, marinated in Gochujang, slow-cooked for about 16 hours, with ginger scallion soy sauce, this is one dish you must try.
One ingredient that might catch some people off guard at first, is the black fungus. This tasty mushroom is new in the United States restaurant scene and is guaranteed to please anyone who orders a dish with this unique ingredient
With food being delivered daily, as fresh as humanly possible, Third Culture Kitchen is the newest restaurant here in Titusville, offering a cuisine that will surely become a favorite among residents and visitors abroad.
